Membership Dollars at Work

Neshoba County: Pushmataha Lake

 

The lake bed was cleared of timber.

The construction of the dam began.

Approximately 1 million cubic yards of dirt were moved to construct the dam.

The lake banks were stabilized utilizing rip-rap and felt.

The overfall pipe is being constructed.

A view of the drain.

Fish structure was placed throughout the lake and brush piles were placed in the lake to provide habitat for fish.

Rain water is beginning to fill Pushmataha Lake.
