Up Close:

“With my father being a life-long farmer in the Mississippi Delta, an avid hunter and conservationist, I learned early in life the values of the land, water and habitat that many take for granted these days. My husband, Rodney, and I feel that our children should grow up with these same values so that they will appreciate the environment and all it’s worth.”

As the grants coordinator/bookkeeper/administrative assistant, her job duties include: researching and applying for grants; keeping track of expenses, billing and audits of grants; general bookkeeping duties related to Wildlife Mississippi; overseeing membership; coordinating the Wildlife Habitat Seed Program; and other duties as deemed necessary. Kelli also serves as administrative assistant to the executive director.

“I enjoy working at the Foundation, not only because of the people I work with but also the public who are interested in conserving and protecting the habitat and that proves how much we are needed here in Mississippi.”
